<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />DISTRIBUTION LINE EXTENSION POLICY <br /> <br />APPENDIX C <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL SERVICE <br /> <br />The City will, through negotiations with a prospective <br />Industrial customer, provide the necessary facili ties to <br />extend electric service to a new Industrial site under the <br />provisions and terms of an Electric Service Agreement. The <br />general principles reflected in extending service to com- <br />mercial customers shall be incorporated into such an agree- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Based upon an economic evaluation of a prospective indus- <br />trial facility, the city reserves the right to require pay- <br />ment or deposit of funds in advance to defray certain costs <br />associated with providing service to the facility. <br />
