<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />DISTRIBUTION LINE EXTENSION POLICY <br /> <br />APPENDIX D <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br /> <br />The City will construct permanent extensions of, or addi- <br />tions to, existing City overhead lines and facilities for <br />Municipal services in those areas serving the City's retail <br />electric customers. <br /> <br />The ci ty will make every effort to accom- <br />modate the line extension needs for Munici- <br />pal services. Each request for the extension <br />of electric facilities for the Municipal sys- <br />tems will be evaluated individually to deter- <br />mine the maximum construction possible with- <br />out an excess construction cost payment. <br /> <br />(See Appendix E for Street Light rules.) <br />
