<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> <br />ISSUED BY: <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />REVISION NO. <br /> <br />OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING <br />RATE SCHEDULE - OAL <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE (continued) <br /> <br />ments or surcharges imposed by any governmental authority which <br />are assessed on the basis of revenues from electric service or <br />volume of electricity purchased or sold by the city. <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the stated <br />charge per lamp and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (l5) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5:00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The City will furnish, operate, and maintain the facilities <br />required for service under this rate schedule. Service at <br />locations where existing City-owned poles and facilities are not <br />available will be made at the discretion of the City and at an <br />additional charge to cover the cost of installing poles and con- <br />ductors and to cover increased cost of maintenance. The follow- <br />ing conditions will apply to all facilities installed by the City <br />under this rate schedule: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />The cost of repairing facilities damaged by acts of <br />vandalism shall be billed to the Customer receiving <br />service under this rate schedule at actual cost to the <br />City including all appropriate overheads. <br /> <br />The City shall, at the request of the Customer, relo- <br />cate or change existing equipment and the Customer <br />shall reimburse the City for any and all such reloca- <br />tions or changes at actual cost to the City including <br />all appropriate overheads. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Extensions of any lighting facilities will be made by <br />the City only where, in the opinion of the City, the <br />
