OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING RATE SCHEDULE - OAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS (continued) d. annual revenue justifies the estimated cost including all appropriate overheads. New area lighting faci1i ties shall be of a form and substance consistent with the City's approved standard configuration for area lighting at the time of the Customer's application for service. Where a non- standard lighting configuration is requested by the Customer, all maintenance and replacement costs shall be borne by the Customer should the City agree to the installation of the non-standard facilities. e. Customers requesting service under this rate schedule will be required to execute a contract for service with a minìmum term of thirty-six (36) months. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE The City will make reasonable provisions to insure satisfac- tory and continuous service, but does not guarantee a continuous supply of electrical power and energy and shall not be liable for damage occasioned by interruptions of service or failure to com- mence delivery caused by acts of God, or the public enemy, o~ for any cause reasonably beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the failure or breakdown of facilities, floods, fire, strikes, or actions or orders of any agency having jurisdiction in the premises, or for interruptions which are necessary for inspection, repair, or changes in equipment or facilities of the City or its bulk power suppliers. The Customer shall notify the City immediately of any defects, trouble or accident which may in any way affect the delivery of electric service by the city.
