The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations <br />for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of <br />this rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire terri- <br />tory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to incorporated municipal- <br />i ties for electric power and energy used for the operation of <br />pumping and compressing equipment of municipally-owned and oper- <br />ated water supply and sewage disposal systems. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at the city's option of <br />standard available voltages. Standby or resale service is not <br />permitted under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh............................ $ 0 . 03804 per kWh <br /> <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjust- <br />ment Clause. <br />
