The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules <br />and Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by refer- <br />ence as a part of this rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire terri- <br />tory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service for <br />governmental traffic and signal control devices and the lighting <br />of public rights of way and thoroughfares where the system is <br />connected to or can readily be connected to the City's existing <br />distribution system. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Unmetered Street Lighting: <br />Mercury Vapor Lamp <br />175 Watt, 7,900 Lumens..............$ 3.90 per Lamp <br />Energy Charge...........................the monthly <br />Power Cost Adjustment factor applied to 70 kWh. <br />
