<br />-4- <br /> <br />PART 7. That <br />adopted in its place. <br /> <br />Sec. <br /> <br />36-10(a) is repealed and the following is <br /> <br />Sec. 36-10. Required Plans. <br /> <br />(a) No final or short form subdivision plat in the SMRC shall be <br />approved by the Planning Commission until all plans designed <br />to meet the standards of pertinent laws, ordinances, <br />regulations and this ordinance, as required by the Director, <br />have been received by the Director and a recommendation by <br />the Director has been made to the Planning Commission <br />concerning all required plans. Those plans shall be <br />submitted to the Director with the site development plans <br />required by the Drainage and Erosion Control Ordinance. <br /> <br />PART 8. That Sec. 36-10(c) is repealed and <br />adopted in its place. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />Sec. 36-10. <br /> <br />Required Plans. <br /> <br />(c) Except for the SMRC site plan required in Section 36-2C <br />(2), plans and specifications called for in this ordinance <br />shall not be accepted, reviewed or approved by the <br />Director, or his designated representative, unless <br />accompanied by the certification of a registered professional <br />engineer practicing in Texas that: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The development plan is complete, and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The technical and <br />chapter are met. <br /> <br />eng ineering <br /> <br />requirements <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />PART 9. That the word "should" in the fourth sentence of Section <br />2.C.2.a. is changed to "shall". <br /> <br />PART 10. That Section 36-2.C.2.b.(2).(b) <br />the following adopted in its place. <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />repealed <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Sec. 36-2. <br /> <br />Application of Chapter. <br /> <br />c. From and after the effective date of this Chapter, no <br />building permit nor any subdivision plat shall be approved <br />within the area defined as the San Marcos River Corridor unless <br />the following conditions have been met: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Site Plan Required <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Site plan contents <br /> <br />(2) If the development is not a POD the site plan <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />requirements <br /> <br />(b) Scale shall be 1 inch to 200 feet if the development is <br />a PDD or a SMRC. <br /> <br />PART 11. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in the area as requiured by the Charter of the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading <br /> <br />September 14, 1987. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading <br /> <br />September 28, 1987. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED <br /> <br />October 12, 1987. <br />
