Required Plans. <br /> <br />(a) No final or short form subdivision plat in the SMRC shall be <br />approved by the Planning Commission until all plans designed <br />to meet the standards of pertinent laws, ordinances, <br />regulations and this ordinance, as required by the Director, <br />have been received by the Director and a recommendation by <br />the Director has been made to the Planning Commission <br />concerning all required plans. Those plans shall be <br />submitted to the Director with the site development plans <br />required by the Drainage and Erosion Control Ordinance. <br /> <br />PART 8.
