<br />-3- <br /> <br />Commission should act on the site plan within thirty <br />(30) days of its submission. If the site plan is not <br />acted on within 30 days, the applicant may appeal <br />to and request approval from the City Council which <br />shall consider the site plan at its next regular meeting <br />held at least seven (7) days from filing of the appeal <br />with the City Secretary. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Site plan contents. <br /> <br />(1) If the development is a POD, the requirements of the <br />POD Development Plan shall apply. <br /> <br />(2) If the development is not a POD <br />requirements shall be as follows: <br /> <br />the site <br /> <br />plan <br /> <br />(a) Submitted in 25 copies. <br /> <br />(b) Scale shall be 1 inch to 200 feet if the <br />development is a PDD, or 1 inch to 100 feet, <br />otherwise. <br /> <br />(c) The location of each building, its use, height, <br />number of stories and gross area shall be shown. <br /> <br />(d) All impervious <br />shall be shown. <br /> <br />cover <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />area <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />use <br /> <br />(e) All locations of access to public or private <br />streets by driveways or driving lanes shall be <br />shown. <br /> <br />(f) The location and width <br />private easements, and <br />pavement shall be shown. <br /> <br />of all public ROW or <br />the width of street <br /> <br />(g) All pedestrian walks by <br />surface shall be shown. <br /> <br />width <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />type <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />(h) Existing trees and proposed landscaping shall be <br />shown. <br /> <br />(3) The approved site plan shall be filed by the Chief Building <br />Official who shall issue building permits and certificates <br />of occupancy only for development and construction that <br />complies with the approved site plans and rendering. <br /> <br />PART 4. That Sec. 36-9(b) is repealed <br />adopted in its place. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />Sec. 36-9. <br /> <br />Creation of Impervious Cover. <br /> <br />(b) No impervious cover, except roads approved by the Director <br />pursuant to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance <br />and Master Plan, shall be allowed within 100 feet of the <br />bank of the San Marcos or Blanco Rivers within the SMRC. <br />
