That Section 5-6ld (3) of the San Marcos Code of <br />Ordinances is repealed and the following is adopted in its place: <br /> <br />Sec. 5-61. <br /> <br />Specific Standards For Construction. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Manufactured Homes. <br /> <br />(3) Except in an existing manufactured home park or <br />manufactured home subdivision, all manufactured homes <br />to be placed or substantially improved within Zones <br />Al-30, AH and AE on the community's FIRM shall be <br />elevated on a permanent foundation such that the <br />lowest floor of the manufactured home is at or above <br />the base flood elevation and such homes shall be <br />securely anchored to an adequately anchored <br />foundation system in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 5-60a of Article. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
