Section 6.7.3 of the City of San Marcos LDC. Any fences constructed between <br />the Project Site and any adjacent single family residential areas are not required <br />to be opaque. <br />Each lot within this development shall have a minimum of 25% landscaping. The <br />developable area of each lot shall have landscaping that meets or exceeds the <br />requirements of Section 6.1.1.4 of the Land Development Code. The natural <br />greenbelt area may be counted as landscaping to make up the difference <br />between any standards identified in Section 6.1.1.4 of the Land Development <br />Code and the minimum landscaping identified in this section. In no case shall <br />any lot have less than the minimum 25% landscaping identified herein. <br />The minimum landscape requirements for the developable area of each lot may <br />be reduced when the layout of buildings and site design is appropriate and a <br />reduction is deemed appropriate. Any reduction in the minimum landscape <br />requirements for the developable area of a lot shall be determined at the time of <br />site planning and shall be subject to review and approval of the Director of <br />Development Services and the Permit Center Manager. <br />4.02. Parking Requirements. The Project Site shall provide parking in accordance <br />with the minimum requirements of the LDC. <br />4.03.
