<br />-3- <br /> <br />PART 4. That Section 36(L) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance is repealed and the following adopted in its place: <br /> <br />Section 36. Area requirements. <br /> <br />(L) On any lot on which a private driveway, <br />serving uses other than single-family or duplex <br />dwellings, intersects a public street, a <br />sight-triangle having the same limitations with <br />respect to obstructions as Section 36(K), shall be <br />formed by ~easuring a distance of 15 feet along the <br />right-of-way line, to its intersection with the <br />driveway and then 15 feet along the edge of the <br />driveway and then along a line completing the <br />triangle. <br /> <br />PART 5. That Section 37.A. of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance is amended by the adoption of the following in <br />subsection 23.5: <br /> <br />(23.5) <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />( f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />Recreation <br />occurring <br />separately <br />permanent <br />follows: <br /> <br />and amusement facilities <br />primarily outdoors, either <br />or jointly, as the principal <br />use of the premises, as <br /> <br />Sport-fields, swimming pool, private <br />parks and playgrounds: 1 space per 100 <br />square feet gross floor area of indoor <br />facilities plus 1 space per 4 persons <br />design capacity of outdoor facilities, <br />including both participants and <br />spectators as applicable. <br /> <br />Tennis and other sport courts: <br />per court. <br /> <br />2 spaces <br /> <br />Golf course: 1 space per 150 square feet <br />gross floor area of indoor facilities, <br />plus 5 spaces per green. <br /> <br />Miniature golf: 1 space per 200 square <br />feet gross floor area of indoor <br />facilities, plus 1 1/2 spaces per hole. <br /> <br />Driving/archery/shooting range: 1 space <br />per 200 square feet gross floor area of <br />indoor facil ities, plus 1 space per tee <br />or target. <br /> <br />Skateboarding, waterslide: 1 space per <br />200 square feet gross floor area of <br />indoor facilities, plus 1 space per 2 <br />persons design capacity of outdoor <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Go-carts and all-terrain vehicles: 1 <br />space per 2 vehicles, plus 1 space per 4 <br />spectator seats. <br /> <br />Rodeo, circus, auto/motorcycle racing: <br />space per 3 spectator seats. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Fairground, exhibition, carnival: 1 <br />space per 500 square feet of outdoor site <br />area, plus 1 space per 4 fixed spectator <br />seats. <br /> <br />Any combination of the above-listed <br />outdoor uses on the same premises: the <br />
