That all references in Section 37, Off-street <br />parking of the General Zoning Ordinance to Comal Street are <br />changed to Martin Luther King Street; that all references to <br />Austin Street are changed to Lyndon Baines Johnson Street; <br />and that all references to Colorado Street are changed to <br />University Street. <br /> <br />PART 13. That Section 4(34) <br />following adopted in their places: <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />repealed <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Section 4. Definitions. <br /> <br />(34) Dwelling unit: ... <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Single-family detached: One dwelling <br />unit which is designed to be occupied <br />exclusively by one family, and which is a <br />structurally separated building located <br />on a lot or building site that is <br />unoccupied by any other dwelling unit or <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Single-family attached: One dwelling <br />unit which is designed to be occupied <br />excl usi vely by one family, and which is <br />located on a lot that. is unoccupied by <br />any other dwelling unit or principal <br />structure, but which is at.tached to one <br />or more other single-family dwelling <br />units by a common vertical wall along the <br />mutual property boundary, and meeting the <br />requires of Sec. 4(99) or Sec. 4 (100). <br /> <br />PART 14. That the following sentence in sections 9.A.l, <br />10.A.l, 11.A.l, 12.A.l, lS.A.l, 16.A.l, 17.A.l, 18.A.l: lithe <br />owner and any agent of the owner shall be legally responsible <br />for any dwelling unit use. II is repealed and the following <br />adopted in its place: lIThe owner and any agent of the owner <br />shall be legally responsible for directly or indirectly <br />allowing, permitting, causing, or failing to prohibit <br />residential use of a dwelling in this district by more than <br />two (2) unrelated individuals. II <br /> <br />PART 15.
