Prosecution or conviction under this provision shall never be a bar to any other remedy or relief for violations of this ordinance. 5-1202.00 Other remedies 5-1202.01 Any person holding a building permit or a public right-of-way construction permit who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance is subject to revocation of any and all such permits. -15-
