Also enclosed is <br />some of the pertinent background information concerning the runway. <br />If you concur with the application, please pass it to Mr. Gonzalez <br />with my recommendation that it be approved and signed inaccordance <br />with city policy procedures. I have been AinformallyR informed that <br />we can expect a positive response if we can get this to the FAA in <br />the next several weeks. <br /> <br />I will be coordinating the preapplication with the Capital Area <br />Planning Council and the Airport Commission. The latter has <br />previously approved the project as the next priority requirement for <br />the airport.
