ARTICLE 12 OTHER DUTIES AS SET FORTH IN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OOCUKENTS 12.1 ARCHITECT shall have such other duties and responsibilities and limitations of author-ity as agreed to by ARCHITECT in writing and as are set forth in the construction contract documents which are made ! part hereof and incorporated herein by reference as if copied herein verbatim. However, in the event of conflict, dispute, or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the construction contract documents, the more restrictive and/or burdensome provisions shall govern and control. ARTICLE 13 BASIS OF COMPENSATION The OWNER shall compensa-te the ARCHITECT for the Scope of Services provided, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the ARCHITECT, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: The total fee paid to ARCHITECT shall not exceed $12,000.00 13.1 BASIC COMPENSATION 13.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Paragraphs 1.1 through L. 5, and any other services included in Article 14 as part of Basic Services, Basic Compensation shall be computed as follows: Phase I -Schematic Design/Design Development -Contract Documents/Bidding 15% $1,800.00 $8,400.00 Phase II 70% Phase III-Construction/Administration and the Construction Contract 15% $1,800.00 13.2 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES 13.2.1 For Additional Services of the ARCHITECT, as described in Paragraph 1.6, and any other services included in Article 14 as part of Additional Services, Compensation shall be computed as follows: If OWNER elects to have ARCHITECT furnish additional services the fees for such services shallbe calculated as follows: Principal $90.00 per hour Architect 60.00 per hour Engineer 60.00 per hour Designer/Technician 40.00 per hour Clerical 20.00 per hour -19-
