<br />The above-listed costs shall include all salary costs, <br /> <br />overhead and profit. <br /> <br />ARCHITECT shall prepare an estimate of <br /> <br />fees prior to undertaking additional services and OWNER's <br />written approval will be obtained prior to initiating the <br /> <br />work. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />cost <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />structural <br /> <br />design <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />foundations, <br /> <br />columns, building structure and other necessary features and <br /> <br />the cost for the design of mechnical, electrical and plumbing <br />(MEP) systems relating thereto shall not exceed $2,500.00. <br /> <br />13.2.2 <br /> <br />No payment shall be made by OWNER to ARCHITECT for Additional <br /> <br />Services of Consultants, <br /> <br />including additional structural, mechanical <br /> <br />and electrical architectural services and those identified in Article <br /> <br />14 as part of Basic Services. <br /> <br />13.3 <br /> <br />There shall be Reimbursable Expenses paid as a part of this <br /> <br />Agreement as provided in Article 4 herein. <br /> <br />13.4 <br /> <br />The OWNER and the ARCHITECT agree in accordance with the <br /> <br />Terms and Conditions of this Agreement that: <br /> <br />13.4.1 <br /> <br />If the Scope of the Project or of the ARCHITECT's Services is <br /> <br />changed materially, the amounts of compensation shall be renegotiated. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 14 <br /> <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> <br />-20- <br />
