Mayor Habingreither introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (Wastewater Treatment Plant); Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real property (Post Road area); and Sections 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (development incentive proposals - Clovis Barker Drive area; Outlet Mall area). Ms. Narvaiz moved the Council adjourn into EXecutive Session at 10:00 p.m. and Mr. Mihalkanin seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council reconvene at 11:53 p.m. and Ms. Narvaiz seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration action or direction to Staff on matters discussed in Executive Session. Mayor Habingreither stated there were no actions or direction at this time.
