Wallace, husband andFwife, of the County of Travis and State of Texas, the present owners in fee simple of a certain tract of land of twenty (20) acres as conveyed by and described in a deed from S. M. Cape and his wife, Clara Louise Cape, to the said J. R. `fiallaoe, dated July 1, 1943, and now recorded in Volume 127, pages 399_400, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, to which deed and the said record thereof reference is here made and same made a part hereof for the location and description of the said twenty (20) acres of land, do hereby and by these presents, as owners of the said twenty acres of land, subdivide and partition a portion of the same into the following blocks and lots numbered as follows: Block No. 1 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 12 both inclusive; Block I-o. 2 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 6 both inclusive; Block No. 3 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 15 both inclusive; Block No. 4 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 14 both inclusive; Block No. 5 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 13 both inclusive; block No. 6 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 12 both inclusive; Block No. 7 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 11 both inclusive; Block No. 8 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 15 both inclusive; Block T`o. 9 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 15 both inclusive; Block No. 10 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 15 both inclusive; • Block No. 11 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 15 both inclusive; Block No. 12 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 14 both inclusive; Block-'No. 13 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 12 both inclusive; Block Yo. 14 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 11 both inclusive; Block No. 15 subdivided into Lots numbered 1 to 8 both inclusive; for the purpose of forming the First Section of Victory Gardens, a subdivision or addition to the City of San Marcos. in Hays County, Texas, according to the map or plat of said sub- division or addition which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and adopted as the map or plat of the said First Section of Victory Gardens, and we do hereby dedicate to the use of the public the streets shown on the said map or plat which is attached hereto and is marked as "EXFSBIT A% The said Lots are of the widths and depths indicated on the said map or plot. The said streets are of the widths indicated on said map or plat. This subdivision or addition does not include any property East of the seat line of MacArthur Street and .Peat of the test line of Eisenhower Street, and ell showings on the attached map or plat of street's and property East of the said East line of MacArthur Street and Test of the '4est line of 3isenhower Street are merely shown for the purpose of identi- fioation and form no part of ibis particular subdivision or addition.
