all improvements placed thereon, or on any part thereof, the use and control of all of zhe <br />said Lots or any of them, and the use and control of all improvements placed thereon or on any <br />portion of the same, shall conform to and be subject to the following restrictions and in- <br />hibitions, that is: <br />1. That no lot or any portion of any lot shall be used for the breeding, keeping or <br />i <br />raising of any livestock of any description for commercial purposes. <br />2. That no toilet tnat is not fly proof and sanitary shall be erected on any lot or <br />portion of any lot. <br />3. That no lot nor any portion of any lot will be leased, sold or encumbere to nor all- <br />owed to be occupied by any person of the negro race. <br />4. That no dwelling will be erected on any lot or any portion of any lot to cost less <br />than 1200.00. <br />5. That no dwelling or any other structure will be erected on any lot or any portion of <br />any lot at a distance of less than fifteen feet from the front line of the lot. <br />o. That any violation of any of the foregoing restrictions and inhibitions by any person <br />holding, or leasing or renting under us or our heirs and assigns, may be enjoined at the suit <br />of any property owner in said subdivision during the period from date hereof until December <br />31st, 1973, when the said above restrictions and inhibitions shall become null and void and <br />of no further force and effect. <br />The foregoing is intended as a dedication and restriction of said property as shown by <br />said map or plat and a dedication of the streets as shown thereon, and a subdivision of said <br />real property, all subject to the express terms, restrictions and inhibitions imposed by <br />this instrument. <br />The said map or plat of said First Section of Victory Gardens is attached hereto, made <br />a part hereof, and known as -Mlih+1T A^. <br />Witness our signatures this the 2nd day of _ugust, 1943. <br />J.
