The consensus of the Council was to <br />ignore the article. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice <br />regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, <br />or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (Donaldson Street right- <br />of-way); Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss purchase of real <br />property (Post Road area); Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of a <br />public officer (City Manager - impact fee implementation); and Section <br />551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information that the <br />governmental body has received from a business prospect that the <br />governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the <br />territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is <br />conducting economic development negotiations; or to deliberate the offer <br />of a financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (development <br />incentive proposals: Airport area; Clovis Barker Drive area; Outlet Mall <br />area; Downtown area; Aquarena Springs Drive area). Mr. Mihalkanin moved <br />the Council adjourn into Executive Session at 11:55 p.m. and Mr. Montoya <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Montoya moved the Council reconvene at 1:08 a.m. and Mr. Narvaiz <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration action or direction to <br />Staff on matters discussed in Executive Session.
