d) field surveys and boundary analysis for existing tract boundaries affected by design <br /> alignment; <br />e) overlay of the project design on base map for final easement determination; <br />0 identification, numbering and calculation of easement parcels; <br />g) descriptions and exhibits for each permanent easement parcel; <br />h) temporary construction easement description with exhibit drawing; and <br />I) monuments for each easement after construction is complete. <br /> <br />1.4.9 Design cathodic protection if required. <br /> <br />1.4.10 Prepare plan for disposal or reuse of disinfection and testing water for pipeline. <br /> <br />1.4.11 Prepare construction contract documents using forms supplied by the City based on the <br />approved design development documents and any further adjustments authorized by the City in the <br />scope, quality or budget of the Project. These contract documents will include detailed plans and <br />technical specifications required for the Project to be accurately bid and efficiently constructed. The <br />Engineer will use its best professional judgment to create documents that comply with applicable <br />construction and development codes, local regulations and ordinances and other federal and state <br />regulations which are known or which should reasonably be known to the Engineer. <br /> <br />1.4.12 Complete permitting through TxDOT and/or Hays County. <br /> <br />1.4.13 Submit final plans to TCEQ. <br /> <br />1.4.14 Prepare final cost estimate. <br /> <br />1.4.15 Conduct monthly meetings with the City of San Marcos to review progress (assumes 4 <br />months for design, not to exceed 4 meetings total). <br /> <br />1.4.16 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced in whole or in part under this <br />Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Engineer. <br /> <br />1.5 TASK 4 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Construction phase of this Project will commence with the award of the construction contract <br />and will terminate when the Project is accepted by the City. The Engineer will: <br /> <br />Bidding <br /> <br />1.5.1 Assist the City in the distribution of the bid documents to prospective bidders and to plan <br />rooms and the issuance of addenda (if any) following City's prior approval. <br /> <br />1,5.2 Assist the City in obtaining bids, tabulating bids, preparing bid tabulation forms, and in <br />awarding the contract for construction following the City's approval of the construction contract <br /> <br /> <br />
