Work Plan and Schedule

Once receiving an authorization to proceed, we will begin the submittal process, if
required. We would normally expect this process to take 45 days. Once submittals are
approved we will procure material. We would expect 90 to 120 days to procure material
and fabricate enclosures. An additional 120 days would be required for system
installations. Following installation the as built documentation would be developed
taking approximately 30 days.

We understand the City is hiring a new SCADA technician and would like this individual
to assist as much as possible during the installation. We believe this to be an excellent
approach that will put the City in a position to service and maintain this system. The
City's technician will assist our crew by helping with tower construction, identifying
buried equipment and existing conductors. Aisc by assisting with running conduit and
pulling wire. Additionally., this individual would provide information regarding individual
pump station control specifics.

Our work plan will begin by developing the central site configurations and remote site
DJc algorithms. This work will be done off site~ The first task on site will be installing the
ntral site equipment. Once the CSE is installed the remote installations will begin.
is approach will allow for our installations without interfering with the existing SCADA
system operation. We would expect to work very closely with San Marcos utility staff so
as to minimize interruptions to normal operations.
