jurisdictions consistent with the resale provisions of section 34.05 of the Texas <br />Property Tax Code. <br /> <br /> PART 2. As a taxing unit entitled to receive proceeds of the sale under a judgment, the <br />City Council consents to this process on behalf of the City of San Marcos, and the City Council <br />specifically consents to any sale held under the provisions of this resolution, and this consent <br />shall be deemed sufficient as required by the provisions of section 34.05(i) of the Texas Property <br />Tax Code. <br /> <br /> PART 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, and <br />it shall continue in full force and effect unless and until the City Council votes to rescind this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED on February 23, 2004. <br /> <br />Jams K.
