Mr. Cavazos seconded the motion <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of a resolution as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE A <br />LICENSE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH THE <br />MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY TO <br />REMOVE THE EXISTING ROAD CROSSING FOR <br />CHEATHAM STREET AND TO ESTABLISH, <br />CONSTRUCT, AND MAINTAIN A NEW PUBLIC <br />HIGHWAY CROSSING FOR CHEATHAM STREET <br />OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN LANDS OF RAILROAD <br />AT ECS 11192+75, MILE POST 210.0, AT <br />SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br /> <br />Mr. Breihan moved the resolution be adopted.
