Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.072- Deliberation Regarding Real <br />Property, the San Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 9:50 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in order to discuss matters pertaining to: <br />A. Deliberation regarding the purchase of real property in the southwest and northeast <br />quadrants of the City. <br />39. The Executive Session adjourned at 10:08 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. No action was <br />required from Executive Session. <br />40. Adjournment. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Terry, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the regular session <br />of the San Marcos City Council at 10:09 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.
