PART 3. The Trustees shall serve without additional compensation and have such • <br />duties and responsibilities as provided under the Act and other applicable law. <br />PART 4. The City Manager is authorized to execute the attached agreement with <br />the Chamber setting forth the terms and conditions of the Chamber's participation in the Pool <br />and benefit programs of the City consistent with the purposes of the Act. Such agreement shall <br />be subject to the requirements of Part 5 of this Resolution. <br />PART 5. The City Council reserves the right to revoke, modify or terminate the <br />Pool, any plans pursuant to which benefits are paid or applied and any authorizations and <br />approvals in this Resolution, subject to the rights of persons covered thereby under applicable <br />state and federal laws. <br />PART 6.
