Fresh Water Storage facilities in the southwest and northeast areas <br />of the city (16 points); <br /> <br />2. A Multi-purpose Social Services center (l8 points); <br /> <br />3. Hays County Civic Center, Phase II (24 points); <br /> <br />4. Parks and recreational facilities (28 points); <br /> <br />5. Water and sewer in Westover area (34 points); <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />6. Renovation of old city hall building for museum purposes (36 points}; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />7. Purgatory Creek improvements; <br /> <br />and further amended to provide that in the event federal officials advised an)r <br />of those projects listed above to be ineligible for funding under the Public \;orks <br />Improvements Act of 1976 they would be removed from the list and the staff would <br />not develop applications for those items removed; and adopted, as amended. ~,. Hansen <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE URBAN RENEWAL <br />PLAN FOR N.D.P. PROJECT TEX. A-6, FINAL ACTION YEAH, AND DIRECTING THAT <br />SAID CHANGE BE FILED AS PART OF THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR SAID PROJECT. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Ordinance on second reading. Mr. Arredondo <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock moved the regular meeting scheduled for October 25 be rescheduled <br />for October 18 at the regular time and place since October 25 is observed by the <br />city as Veterans Day.
