OF THE C:)::r'i' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF ONE ACRE OF A 14.68-ACRE TRACT IN THE SUNSET ACRES ADDITION, LOCATED ON BROADWAY STREET, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "P-l" (PUBLIC). Mr. Sutton moved the Ordinance be adopted on third and final reading. Mr. Cavazos seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Mayor read an Ordinance having the following caption: I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRICE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS OF PARCEL NO. 13D-9, DESCRIBED FURTHER ON EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO, LOCATED WITHIN THE TEX. A-6, NEIGHBOR- HOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AREA, TO MICHAEL SAUCEDO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Mr. Sutton moved the Ordinance be adopted on emergency basis. Mr. James seconded the :1lotion, which passed unanimously. The meeting was recessed to Executive Session at 12:15 a.m. on motion of Mr. Arredondo and second of Mr. James. Council reconvened in Regular Session at 12:50 a.m. on motion of Mr. James and second of Mr. Hansen. The Mayor reported that the Council had discussed possible litigation with regard to the Lower Colorado River Authority retail rate structure. Mr. Hansen moved that a public hearing be held Monday, January 3, 1977 at 7:30 p~m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall to consider an Ordinance amending the LCRA retail rates applicable to San Marcos customers and that the Lower Colorado River Authority b~ notified of the hearing.
