The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: liN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, A CITY DULY AND LEGALLY INCORPORATED AND OPERATING AS A HOME RULE CITY BY AND tINDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, GRANTING TO THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY, AN AGENCY OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, UPON CERTAIN SPECIFIED CONDITIONS, A ONE YEAR FRANCHISE, WITH CERTAIN RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES INCIDENT THERErO, FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRIC POWER AND ENERGY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AS NOW EXISTING OR HEREAFTER EXTENDED. I Mr. Cavazos moved the Ordinance be adopted on third and final reading; Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. SMITH ADDITION, LOCATED AT 736 SMITH AVENUE, FROM "P-2" (PUBLIC) TO "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL), Mr. Hansen moved the Ordinance be adopfed on third and final reading. Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Sutton moved the Ordinance be adopted on third and final reading. seconded the motion.
