DESCRIBED ON EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO LOCATED <br />WITHIN THE TEX A-6 NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AREA TO <br />ISAAC R. DOWELL BY PROVIDING FOR <br />THE ISSUANCE OF A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED TO MS. Mr. Hansen <br />seconded the motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Mayor read the caption of a resolution as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />AND WORTHINGTON ENTERPRISES, INC. OF SEGUIN, TEXAS, FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A T-HANGAR STRUCTURE AT THE SAN MARCOS <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />Dr. Craddock moved the resolution be adopted. Mr. Hansen seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Breihan pointed out the fact that the terms of the Library Board <br />members appointed earlier were three years for three of the members <br />but only two years for one member. By common consent the Council decided <br />to allow the Library Board members to determine the length of terms for <br />respective members. <br /> <br />The City Manager r~ported that a response had been drafted to the <br />proposals made by the State Department of Health Resources for use <br />of the proposed landfill sites, that the staff was currently working <br />to determine the cost of the improvements required by the Texas Water <br />Quality Board Enforcement Order and that work on the second phase of <br />the drainage confluence would begin the next day with the temporary <br />closing of certain streets. Mr. Webster assured the Council that every <br />effort would be made to notify all citizens affected by the street closing <br /> <br />I <br />
