Said insurance policies shall <br />name City as co-insured on each policy. Said insurance <br />policies shall contain the endorsement that such insurance <br />may not be cancelled or amended with respect to Lessee without <br />ten (10) days written notice by certified mail, return <br />receipt requested, to City by the insurance company. Any <br />insurance policy herein required or procured by Lessee.shall <br />contain an express waiver of any rights of subrogation by the <br />insurance company again'st City. The original policy of all <br />such insurance shall be delivered by Lessee to City within <br />ten (10) days of the inception of such policy by the insurance <br />9ompany. Said minimum requirement of insurance coverage shall <br />.~ot limit Lessee's liability under Part VI of this lease <br />agreement. <br /> <br />VIII. <br />Lessee shall have sole responsibility for control of <br />crowds present on said property during the periods of time <br />described in Part I of this lease agreement. Said property <br />shall be restored at the end of the period of use each year <br />to its condition immediately prior to July 1st, 12:00 a.m. <br />Lessee will gather and dispose of litter. and trash in <br />connection with its operations located on the property. <br />Lessee shall take sufficient security measures to safeguard <br />the premises from theft and/or vandalism. <br />IX. <br />provision of sanitary facilities during the term of <br />this lease shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee. <br />X. <br />Lessee shall pay all utility bills which are attributable <br />
