<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />to air shows/races conducted by Lessee. If additional <br />installation of utilities is necessary for activities to be <br />conducted during the periods of time described in Part I, <br />the expense of said installation shall be the sole responsibility <br />of Lessee. Any such installed utilities shall remain on the <br />leased property at the termination of this lease agreement <br />unless those utilities can be removed without damage to the <br />premises. <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br /> <br />It is agreed that fixed base aircraft shall have use <br /> <br /> <br />of airport facilities during any air show/race conducted <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to this lease agreement. Such aircraft shall be <br /> <br /> <br />under direction of Lessee's representatives for tiedown <br /> <br /> <br />specifications during this periOd of time. All aircraft <br /> <br /> <br />movements during air shows/races will be under control of <br /> <br /> <br />Lessee. Movements shall be coordinated with the San Marcos <br /> <br /> <br />Municipal Airport Fixed Base Operator. Aircraft with hanger <br /> <br /> <br />space shall have continuous access to and from hanger area. <br /> <br /> <br />XII. <br /> <br /> <br />During time of war or national emergency, City shall <br />have the right to lease the landing area, airport or any part <br />thereof to the United States Government for military or naval <br />use, and if such lease is executed, the provisions of this <br />instrument insofar as they are inconsistent with the 'provisions <br />of the lease to the Government, shall be suspended. This <br />lease shall be subordinate to the provisions of any existing <br />or future agreement between City and the United States, <br />relative to the operation of maintenance of the airport, the <br />execution of which has been or may be required as a condition <br />precedent to the expenditure of Federal funds for the develop- <br />ment of the airport. <br /> <br />XIII. <br />City agrees to waive its right to object to an assignment <br />
