I

I I

-

November 26, 1979

ADDENDUM TO STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING
HUGHSON HEIGHTS

Concern was given by residents of Hughson Heights that
Sierra Vista Drive would encourage additional traffic into
West Sierra Circle. To this concern, staff would recommend
that Sierra Vista Drive be made a cul-de-sac and looped with
Algarita Court. This procedure would direct traffic flow
into Hughson Drive and not into West Sierra Circle and Camaro
Way. This recommendation can be accomplished via a request
from City Council to the Planning and Zoning Commission as a
requirement for Final Plat approval of Hughson Heights Addition
Number 2.

Staff would also recommend that the intersection of North
LBJ Drive and Ranch Road 12 and Bishop Street be developed
and signalized to further promote the use of LBJ Drive as a
major access from the northern tier of Hughson Heights.

Staff would also recommend that the intersection of
Hughson Drive and Ranch Road 12 not be improved further,
thus enhancing the use of North LBJ Drive as a main thoroughfare.

-
