<br />1967, simply because he. could not use it; and further, that he would
<br />have been willing to repurchase the property at any time after that if
<br />the City had informed him that it was not going to be used for street
<br />improvement. On roll call, the following vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor declared the motion failed. Mr. King moved to sell the property
<br />to W.S. Rader for $2,000. Mr. Dibrell seconded the motion. On roll call,

<br />The Mayor declared the motion passed.

<br />Mayor Etheredge introduced for discussion the "c-2" zoning classification
<br />and outlined the possible methods for regulation of establishments dispensing
<br />alcoholic beverages for on premises consumption. Mr. King moved to
<br />continue with the present "C-2" zoning classification. Mr. Dibrell
<br />seconded the motion. Councilmen discussed the alternatives. On roll call,
<br />the following vote was recorded:
