The City Manager stated that the am~ndment would add the Pol ice and Courts Building and the Rio Vista Swimming pool-Park development to the origina1c60pe~ation agreement for the purposes of non-cash credits. On roll call, the fol lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Cunningh.am, DeLa Rosa, Etheredge, Flores, King, Tauch, Yarbrough NAY: None I The Mayor Pro Tern declared the ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. The Mayor Pro Tern introduced a Follow-up Order for the dis- bursement of two Certificates of Obligation in the amount of $5,000.00 e~ch, and $823.40 in cash from Criminal Justice Council funds for payment of the first claim from Syring-Workman, I nc. on construct i on o,f the Po lice and Courts Bu i:I ding. OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 438 AND 439 IN THE WESTOVER ADDITION, LOCATED AT GIRARD AND MARLETON STREETS, FROM "R-l" (S INGLE FAM I L Y RESIDENTIAL) TO "R-2" (DUPLEX). Price, Jr., President of the San Marcos Telephone Company, came before the Council with a request for a rate increase on ~esidentiAI ~nd commercial accounts in the "392" exchange. Mr. Price presented an anal~sis of op~rating cost increases since 1954 when the present rates were establ ished. Fpllowing his presentation, Mr. Price entertained questions from the Council and visitors. Mr. Yarbrough nominated Mr. Rodney Baughn to fill a vacancy on I the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. King nominated Mrs. Merry McCall Fitzp'atrick to fi II a vacancy on the Library Board.
