We propose to provide basic services as set forth on Page 2 and 3 of the attached booklet "Services of the Architect" as published by the Texas Society of Architects. These Basic Services include: 1) Preparation of Schematic Design studies illustrating the scope of the project. 2) From the approved Schematic Design studies, prepare Design Development Documents consisting of drawings and outline specifications as required to establish the size and character of the project including structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials, landscaping layout, and such other essentials as are appropriate. 3) From approved Des ign Development documents, prepare the complete working drawings and specifications describing the work to be done in detail to complete the project. 4) Assist in securing bids or negotiated proposals for construction based upon construction documents. 5) Provide administration of construction contract. This would include making periodic visits to the site to see that work is proceeding in accordance with contract documents. We propose to furnish the above service, listed in more detail below, for a fee of 8.5% of the cost of construction. The above basic services are intended to cover the overall development of the approximate 19-acre park site on the San Marcos River, inCluding: m . m . ..r: {?:>f:' ,if' " IG-/(rd-.
