E., San Antonio, as Pool Consultant. <br />Remodel the old Cummins residence into e. park building and <br />renew or redevelop the existing Pavillion building. <br />Provide for demolition of certain existing str'Uctures as deemed <br />advisable, clearing of river swimming area of debris, and clear- <br />ing and grading as required. <br />F-.covide landscape development 'plan. <br />Provi~e paved streets and parking areas. <br />Provide area and site lighting. <br />Lawn sprinkler systems if required. <br /> <br />4) <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br />7) <br />8) <br />9) <br /> <br />The above services do not include remodeling of buildings other than <br />the Cummins house and rehabilitating the existing Pavillion. Also, <br />providing necessary site information is not included in Basic Services; <br />it would be the Owner's responsibility to furnish a certified land <br />survey of the site giving land topography, elevations, grades and lines <br />of streets; alleys, pavements and adjoining property; rights-of-way, <br />restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, <br />boundaries and contours of the site, location, dimensions and complete <br />data pertaining to existing buildings, other improvements and trees; <br />and full information concerning available service and utility lines, <br />both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and <br />depths. <br /> <br />The Owner is also requested to provide site soils test information <br />giving the character of the soil and sub-strata pertinent to proposed <br />development. <br /> <br />Also we would be happy to furnish consultation service for any furnishings <br />involved for a fee of 12% of the cost of the furnishings based on actual <br />cost to o,mer. <br /> <br />We would also be pleased to provide Additional Services, at mutually <br />agreeable additional rates, as outlined on page 4 of the attached <br />"Services of the Architect" booklet. <br /> <br />As mentioned to you earlier, we propose to offer this service as a <br />Joint Venture between Orby G. Roots, Architect, and Charlie L. Bellah, <br />Architect and Engineer.
