Varner <br /> <br />The Mayor cal led the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Invocation was given by Councilman Yarbrough. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 11 were introduced <br />for consideration. Councilman Yarbrough called attention to a <br />correction on page 4, stating that priorities had not been establ ished <br />for the paving of streets with revenue sharing funds, but that a <br />study had been called for to establ ish priorities. Mr. Etheredge <br />moved approval of the Minutes, as corrected. Mr. Yarbrough seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Yarbrough moved approval of the Minutes of the Recessed Regular <br />Meeting held December 15. Mr. King seconded the motion, which <br />passedcunanimously, with Mr. DeLa Rosa abstaining. <br /> <br />Mr. Etheredge moved approval of the Minutes of the Special Meeting <br />held December 18. Mr. King seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Etheredge moved approval of the Minutes of the Special Meeting <br />held December 19. Mr. DeLa Rosa seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously, with Dr. Tauch abstaining. <br /> <br />Counc i I men, by major i ty consent, agreed to I eave the annexat ion <br />ordinance on the table until further study could be made. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor opened a publ ic hearing to consider an ordinance amending <br />the Zoning Ordinance regarding the location of establ ishments which <br />dispense I iquor, wine or beer for on-premise consumption. There was <br />no one to speak for or against the ordinance. The Mayor closed the <br />publ ic hearing, and introduced an ordinance, reading the caption <br />as follows: <br />
