<br />In Election Precinct No. 10, at Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity House, <br />1132 Belvin, in said City, with Mrs. Jack Wood as Presiding Judge, <br />and ~aid Presiding Judge shal I appoint the hecessary clerks to <br />assist her which shall not exceed four (4)" clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 11, at Dunbar Community Center, <br />in said City, with Yancy Yarbrough as Presiding Judge, <br />and said Presiding Judge shal I appoint the necessary <br />clerks to assist him which shal I not exceed four (4) <br />clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 12, at Bonham School, in said <br />City, with Joe Gonzales as Presiding Judge, and said <br />Presiding Judge shal I appoint the necessary clerks to <br />assist him which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 13, at publ ic Library, in said <br />City, with Mrs. J.R. Thornton as Presiding Judge, and said <br />Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist <br />her which shal I not exceed four (4) clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct No. 14, at St. John's parish Hall, in <br />said City, with Bias Mendez, Jr. as Presiding Judge <br />and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks <br />to assist him which shall not exceed four (4) ~Ierks. <br /> <br />Doriss Hambrick is hereby appointed Clerk for absentee <br />voting, and James E. Baugh is hereby appointed Deputy Clerk <br />for absentee voting. The absentee voting for the above <br />designated election shall be held at City Hall within said <br />City and said place of absentee voting shall remain open for <br />at least eight hours on each day for absentee voting which <br />is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or an official State hol iday, <br />beginning on the 20th day and continuing through the 4th I <br />day preceding the date of said election. Said place of <br />voting shall remain open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br />and 5:00 p.m. on each day for said absentee voting. The <br />above described place for absentee voting is also the <br />absentee clerk's mail ing address to which bal lot appl ica- <br />tions and ballots voted by mail may be sent. <br /> <br />That said election shall be held in accordance with law. <br /> <br />That the City Secretary shall give notice of said election <br />by posting a copy of this order in each of the election <br />precincts of said City, which posting shall be done not less <br />than 30 days prior to date fixed for said election. <br /> <br />The City Secretary shall also cause a notice by publ ication <br />of this election to be publ ished one time in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in this City, which publ ication shal I be <br />not more than 30 days nor less than 10 days before said election. <br /> <br />That immediately after said election is held, the officers <br />holding the same shall make returns of the result thereof to <br />the Mayor of this City as required by law. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A copy of this order shall also serve as a writ of election <br />which shall be delivered to the a~ove appointed Presiding <br />Judges, for said election. <br /> <br />~..~~t::t~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
