<br />124 <br /> <br />regular meeting, april 22, 1974 <br /> <br />page six <br /> <br />Mr. Dibrell introduced a petition received from students objecting to <br />irregularities in the conduct of the Regular City Election at Precinct 8. <br />Mr. Flores moved Mike Wells be appointed alternate Presiding Judge in the <br />event the Presiding Judge was unable to serve. Mr. Dibrell seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Richard Mason, applicant for a zoning change on .71 acres and .703 acres <br />out of J .M. Veramendi League Number Two which was discussed on page two <br />of these minutes, came before the Council to protest the earlier action <br />which denied the zoning change.
