Box 725 <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Yarbrough and Council: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to further disclose to <br />you the ownership which my family has had since May 28, 1936, <br />of certain property which is included within the San Marcos <br />Neighborhood Development Program, Tex. A-6. The ownership <br />of this property was prior to such project being included <br />within an Urban Renewal Project and was in no way influenced <br />by the possible location of said property within a future <br />Urban Renewal Project. <br /> <br />The property owned by my family and which is included <br />in the San Marcos Neighborhood Development Program, Tex.
