I I I (6) register his name in a book provided for that purpose with the Building Official, giving full name, residence and place of business, and, in case of removal from one place to another to have made corresponding change in said register accordingly; and it shall be the further duty of every such person to give good and sufficient bond in the sum of One Thousand Dollars (1,000.00), to be approved by the Building Official, conditioned to conform to the building regulations, the regulations of this section,.and other ordinances of the City Council in reference to buildings. All building contractor's licenses shall expire the 31st day of December of the year issued. Section 107.4 of said Code is amended 'so that it will now read in full as follows: On all buildings, structures, or alterations requiring a building permit, as set forth in Section 105, a fee shall be paiq as required at the time of filing application, in accordance with the following schedule: a. Permit Fees 1. Where the valuation does not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($lOO.OO), no, fee shall be required, unless an inspection is necessary, in which case there shall be ,a fee of $1.50. 2. For a valuation over One Hun4red Dollars ($100.00) up to and including Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.OO)" the fee shall be Two Dollars ($2.00) per thousand or fraction thereof. 3. For a valuation over Fifteen ~housand Dollars ($15,OOO.00) up to and incluqing One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($lOO,OOO.OO), the fee shall be Thirty Dollars ($30.00) for the first fifteen thousand plus $1.50 for each addi- tional thousand or fraction thereof. 4. For a valuation over One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) up to and including Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), the fee shall be $157.50 for the first one hundred thousand plus $1.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. 5. For a valuation over Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,OOO.00) up to ~nd including One Million Dollars ($l,OOO,OOO.OO), the fee shall be $557.50 for the first five hundred thousand plus 409 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. 6. For a valuation over One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), the fee shall be $757.50 for the first million plus 159 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. b. Moving of Buildings or Structures For the moving of any building or structure, the fee shall be Ten Dollars ($lO.OO). An extra charge may be made when an escort through the city is provided. c. Demolition of Building or Structure For the demolition of any building or structure, the fee shall be Two Dollars ($2.00). PAGE 4.
