.;L'1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SA~ MARCOS, TEXAS, BY DELETING THE PRESENT SECTION 11-35 OF SAID CODE, AND SUBSTITUTING A ~EW SECTION UNDER THE SAME NUMBER; CREATING SECTIONS 11-56, AND 11-71: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the present Section 11-35 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, be deleted and a new section, under the same number, be substituted therefor, so that the said section shall henceforth read as follows: (a) Section 11-35 - The applicant for permits under this section shall pay all fees to the Tax Collector Assessor for the City of San Marcos, Texas. (b) Section 11-35 - Any retail grocery establishment with less than five (5) employees shall pay the sum of Ten Dollars ($lO.OO) for one year. Any retail grocery establishment I with five (5) or more employees and any other food estab- lishment shall pay the sum of Twenty-five Dollars {$25.00l for one year. Section 2. Provide for an entirely new section numbered 11-56, the said section shall henceforth read as follows: (a) Section 11-56 - MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS PERMIT FEES. Any establishment desiring to sell or offer for sale meat, meat products, and meat food products within the corporate city limits, under this division shall pay the Tax Assessor Collector the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for one (1) year. I Section 3. Provide for an entirely new section numbered 11-71, the said section shall henceforth read as follows: (a) Section 11-71 - MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS PERMIT FEES.
