<br />I <br /> <br />I <br />II <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />':;J <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, BY DELETING THE <br />PRESENT SECTION 30-4 OF SAID CODE, AND SUBSTI- <br />TUTING AN ENTIRELY NEW SECTION UNDER THE SAME <br />NUMBER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; TEXAS: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the present Section 30-4 of the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, be deleted and an entirely new <br />section, under the same number, be substituted therefor, so that <br />said section shall henceforth read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 30-4. WHEN SEWER CONNECTION REQUIRED. <br /> <br />Every house or building presently or hereafter used or <br />intended for human habitation or occupancy and situated upon <br />any real property within the corporate limits of the City of <br />San Marcos, a boundary of which real property at any point <br />approaches or extends to within three hundred (300) feet of <br />any existing or hereafter-installed municipal sanitary sewer <br />line, that can be connected to any such line by gravity flow, <br />shall be so connected thereto by the owner thereof in the most <br />direct manner practicable and with a separate connection for <br />each house or building. Such connection shall be complete by <br />the first day of January, 1973, for presently existing municipal <br />sanitary sewer lines.
