The City Manager asked the Council to approve a change order to the paving contract with Schaeffer Construction Company, for additional pavement overlay on Hutchison Street, from North Street to Ranch Road 12, and Hutchison, from L.B.J. to Edward Gary Street. He said the approximate figure would be $5,000. Mr. Gresham explained that the contract was bid at less than had been budgeted, which would enable the City to do additional paving. Mr. Yarbrough moved approval of the change order. Mr. Etheredge seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
