<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(:?/-(~ <br /> <br />ARTICLE III SECTION C. <br /> <br />SUBSECTION 3. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Each lot shall front upon a public street with the single <br /> <br /> <br />exception that lots may front upon a "Greenbelt Area", such <br /> <br /> <br />phrase to have the meaning hereinafter ascribed to it in <br /> <br />this section. <br /> <br />A. "Greenbelt Area" means a park reserved for <br /> <br /> <br />the private use of owners of lots within a <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision but which is to be maintained by <br /> <br /> <br />the subdivider. <br /> <br /> <br />B. "Greenbelt Areas" shall contain a mininum <br /> <br />width of forty (40) feet. <br /> <br /> <br />C. All "Greenbelt Areas" shall be equipped with <br /> <br /> <br />appropriate sidewalks and lighting. <br /> <br /> <br />D. All "Greenbelt Areas" shall provide offstreet <br /> <br /> <br />parking spaces to the extent of at least one park- <br /> <br /> <br />ing space for each lot within the particular <br /> <br /> <br />"Greenbelt Area". <br /> <br /> <br />E.
