<br />The Mayor called the meeting td order at 7:30.
<br />
<br />The Rev. Jack Byrom, President of the Baptist Academy, gave the
<br />Invocation.

<br />Dr. Craddock moved approval of the Minutes of October 22, 1970.
<br />Mr. Yarbrough seconded the motion, and on roll call, the following
<br />vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor declared the motion carried.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced an ordinance amending the Subdivisions
<br />Ordinance, for third and final reading. Ted Breihan came before
<br />the Council to ask several ques'tions. A copy of his questions,
<br />and a letter, are' attached as part of the Minutes. Mr. Breihan
<br />was assured that the ordinance would apply equally to all developers.
<br />After a discussion of all points mentioned by Mr. Breihan, Mr. King
<br />moved that the Ordinance be adopted on third and final reading.
<br />Mr~ Yarbrough seconded the motion and on roll call, the ~ollowing
<br />vote was recorded:

<br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced an ordinance annexing property owned by
<br />Central Freight Lines, for second reading. Mr. Yarbrough moved
<br />approval of the ordinance on second reading. Mr. Zavesky seconded
<br />the motion, which passed unanimously.

<br />David Dailey, representing The Texas Museum of History, Inc.,
<br />came before the Council to discuss the possible location of a
<br />
