<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, is applying <br /> <br />for a grant under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act <br /> <br />of 1965; Public Law 88-578, as ammended by Public Law <br /> <br />a Municipal Swimming Pool; and, <br /> <br />90-40l, for the acquisition of land and construction of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is required that a responsible officer be <br /> <br />designated to act in fiscal matters for the City: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, that Mrs. Nancy Kreczmer be <br /> <br />disburse Federal Funds for the project. <br /> <br />designated as Fiscal Officer, and authorized to receive and <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED <br /> <br />~~, /'i: <br />~~W. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(/7&L <br />
