<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, is applying for <br />a grant under the Land and Water Conservation Fund, Public <br />Law 88-578; 78 Stat. 897; as ammended by Public Law 90-40l; <br />82 Stat. 354, Act of 1965; for the acquisition of land and <br />construction of a Municipal Swimming Pool; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a responsible officer must be designated to <br />act for the City: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, that Richard G. Bean, City <br /> <br />Manager of the City of San Marcos, be authorized to act for <br /> <br />the City and sign all necessary documents. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 30th day of November 1970. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
