Veramendi <br />Survey No. One and being a part of a tract of 14.20 acres <br />conveyed by Theodore Will!am Breihan and wife, Prances E. <br />Breihan, to Central Freight Lines Inc .', by deed dated <br />January 10, 1966, recorded in Volume 209, Page 418 of the <br />Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. Said 7 acres, more or <br />less, being described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />,I <br /> <br />BEGINNING at an iron stake at the N.W. corner of the <br />said 14.20 acre tract for the beginning; THENCE S. 440 49' <br />E. with the west line of said 14.20 acre tract 556.45 feet to <br />an iron pin, the S.W. corner of said 14.20 acre tract and the <br />S.W. corner of this; THENCE N. 440 50' E. 549.46 feet with the <br />south line of the said 14.20 acre tract to an iron pin, which <br />is also the S.
